Organic bread made in Evran


In Evran (Brittany, France) you will find 3 bakeries in town. There is a third baker who works and sells his bread from home and at local markets. It is made with organic flour, mixed by hand and cooked the old fashion way in the bread oven.

You will find Cyril, the baker, at Combourg market Monday morning, or Dinan market Thursday morning.

You can also buy bread from his place at Le Breil Gimbert, Evran, from 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

His bread is tasty and can keep for days – unlike a baguette - unless you eat it with cheese or lovely jam, in that case, it won’t last very long!
